Lamb with tamarind and mango Colin has been developing recipes for over 30 years, previously developing for British Meat and now working with BPEX and EBLEX specialising in meat recipe products. He has gained a silver award in the production of a potato sandwich designed for airlines at IFACA.
Colin spent many years developing recipe dishes for Marks & Spencer. He joined Pritchitt as a consultant and worked on the stability of Millac gold, developing modern recipes for a modern cream and improving concentrated stocks along with coconut cream and low fat cream.
Cheese dip Whilst employed in Germany by the Hansa Group, Colin produced many European and British style recipe products and continues to carry out adjustments in products from Europe that require a British touch, not only in flavour but also in presentation.
