 It all started in Store street in 1980 when Colin did his first cookery presentation for British Gas. From then on he has never looked back, presenting to audiences as large as 1000 in number (Bournemouth International Conference Centre), travelling to many parts of the world including numerous visits to South Africa. Colin has just recently presented the creativity cooking of butchery cuts from a whole carcass of beef, dissected by his British butcher Viv Harvey. Together, they are known in the industry as "Singe and Hacket" and make annual presentations at the CLA Game Fair. Colin has appeared on television with Richard and Judy, Gloria Hunniford and the Generation Game.
 Add to this many interviews and cookery slots on the local and world radio services. He even had his own cookery slot in the 90's on David Jacobs BBC Primetime. Colin has developed a very personal presentation style; this is either formal or informal with full entertainment value depending on the occasion and the audience.
Cookery presentations include: EBLEX Milan Sept 2006, Marks & Spencer, CLA Game fair, Homes & Garden, IFE, JAMPRO, BBC Good Food Show, Hotelympia, Hospitality show and the Restaurant and Pub food shows. |
